Molecular Transducers of Physical Activity Consortium (MoTrPAC) DataHub

To better understand the molecular and physiological impact of exercise, NIA supports the NIH Common Fund program, Molecular Transducers of Physical Activity Consortium (MoTrPAC). The consortium manages the MoTrPAC DataHub which contains experimental multi-omics datasets on endurance training studies of 6-month-old rats in 19 different tissues and organ systems. The DataHub will soon contain additional datasets on the acute exercise response in 6- and 18-month-old rats. Through this resource, researchers can explore, download, and visualize valuable datasets, watch video tutorials, and read the latest MoTrPAC publications.
